7Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

i. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and other applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Atrova operates.

ii. Dispute Resolution:

If any dispute arises, the parties shall spend at least 15 days attempting to resolve it amicably. If amicable resolution fails, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
